Booking Conditions
1. Your Holiday Contract
Your contract is with Cappadocia Erdu Stone House Turizm Seyahat Limited Şirket (TURSAB member). A binding agreement is formed when we issue your confirmation invoice. Turkish law governs this contract.
2. Website Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. Verify all details at the time of booking.
3. Passports, Visas & Health
You are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, and health requirements. We are not liable for entry denials due to missing documentation.
4. Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
5. Financial Protection
Package holidays are protected under our TURSAB license (number 9497). Non-package arrangements are not covered.
6. Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due 12 weeks before departure.
7. Price Changes
Prices may change due to fees, taxes, or exchange rates. Increases over 10% allow cancellation with a full refund.
8. Changes by You
Changes post-booking incur a €50/person admin fee + supplier costs. Name changes may be treated as cancellations.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation charges apply based on notice period (see clause 9 in original text).
10. Changes/Cancellations by Us
We may cancel or make major changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., Force Majeure). Compensation may apply (see clause 10).
11. Flights
Flight details are subject to change. EU air passenger rights apply for delays/cancellations.
12. Behavior
We may terminate your holiday for disruptive behavior without refund.

14. TURSAB Membership
We are a TURSAB member (no. 16361). Unresolved complaints may be referred to TURSAB.
15. Liability
We are liable for failures in reasonable skill/care but exclude losses from guest actions, third parties, or Force Majeure.

Personal data is used for your booking and marketing (opt-out available). See our Privacy Policy.
17. Special Requests
Requests (e.g., medical needs) must be made at booking. We cannot guarantee fulfillment unless confirmed in writing.
