4. Rights of Personal Data Owners under Article 11 of the KVK Law
As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Cappadocia Erdu Stone House using the methods described below, your request will be processed free of charge within thirty (30) days, depending on its nature. However, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data owners have the right to:

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you may send your request to exercise these rights in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Board has not currently designated another method, your application must be submitted in writing.
